This line allows the production of different types of bread with an elongated shape: baguettes, loaves, subs, bolillos, bread rolls

With this line, the divider divides and forms elongated pieces (sticks), which are loaded into the SPV intermediate proofer, and when they are unloaded in the M70-PAN moulder, they already enter with an elongated shape, which facilitates a greater stretching of the bars and a better shape, more regular, so that in most cases the need for a second rest and second moulding is avoided, greatly simplifying the work process and the necessary equipment.

The line consists of a DT divider, an SPV static intermediate proofer, an M70-PAN moulder and a simple AP-100CB panner.

The panning machine allows working with trays of different widths and lengths, with or without channels, and with wooden boards, which makes it very versatile and flexible. It also allows a large number of work modes: single load, double load, alternating load, 1-in-1 load, cutting the baguette into 2, 3 or 4 pieces.

With this line, up to 1800-2000 loaves/hour can be produced very comfortably, and if the baguettes are cut into several pieces, production increases to 3600 breads/hour (cutting in 2), or 5400 breads/hour (cutting in 3), or 7200 breads/hour (cutting in 4)

The advantage of this line is that it allows a wide variety of formats to be produced, reducing manual work and allowing the operator to work comfortably and unburdened
