Compact line for bread production
This line allows the production of different types of bread with an elongated shape: loaves, subs, bolillos, bread rolls
The weight range will depend on the piston selected for the DR divider: 30-450g / 50-600g / 80-850g
The line is composed by a DR divider, an SPT static proofer and an M70 moulder.
Allows working with dough with a maximum hydration of 65%
With this line, up to 2400 loaves/hour can be produced very comfortably.
The advantage of this line is that it allows a wide variety of formats to be produced while occupying very little space.
