Bread production line
This line allows the production of different types of bread with an elongated shape: loaves, toast bread, subs.
The weight range will depend on the piston selected for the DR divider: 30-450g / 50-600g / 80-850g / 150-1450g
The line consists of a DR divider, a CR conical rounder, a DP dynamic proofer and an M70-U moulder.
Allows working with dough with a maximum hydration of 65%
